Privacy Policy & Consent Information

1. What we collect

When you request a personalized quote, we ask for: your name, phone number, email address, city and state, age range, the coverage amount you're considering, your preferred contact method and best time to reach you, any message you choose to leave us, and your consent choices (see Section 4).

2. How we use it — and what we never do

• We use your information only to respond to your quote request — to prepare options and contact you the way you asked us to.
• We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not use your information for any purpose other than your inquiry unless you later ask us to.

3. Where your information lives and who can access it

Submissions are stored in Caring Senior Plans' secure workspace database (a private, access-controlled business system, not a public forum). Access is limited to DeAngelo McCants (owner and licensed agent, NPN #11757610) and the authorized workspace service he uses to operate the business. Form submissions travel over encrypted connections and are received by a write-only, token-protected endpoint that cannot read or expose stored records.

Your rights: you may ask us at any time to (a) show you what we have, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, or (d) stop contacting you — by calling (251) 290-3623 or emailing info@caringseniorplans.com. We will honor verified requests promptly.

4. Consent: what you agree to, and how to take it back

The quote form asks for two separate consents, both starting unchecked — nothing is automatic and nothing is pre-selected:

• Contact consent (required to submit): allows Caring Senior Plans to contact you about the life insurance information you requested, using only the method(s) you selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may withdraw it at any time.
• Automated-contact consent (optional): a separate, additional choice about communications using automatic telephone dialing systems and/or prerecorded voice, including text messages. Leaving this box unchecked does not affect your request in any way. If you opt in, you can withdraw at any time (reply STOP to any text, or contact us).

Consent records: for every submission we store a dated record of which consent boxes were checked and the exact consent text shown at that time, so we can always prove what was agreed and when.

5. How long we keep records

Quote-request records (including consent records) are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, so we can serve you and honor your contact preferences — unless you ask us to delete them sooner, which we will do promptly. Insurance-related business records we are required to keep by law are retained only as long as those rules require. If you withdraw consent, your record is flagged immediately so no further contact is made, and the withdrawal itself is recorded.

6. Insurance disclosures

Caring Senior Plans is an independent insurance agency led by DeAngelo McCants, licensed insurance producer, NPN #11757610. Product availability and eligibility vary by state; we currently serve Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Texas, Ohio, Michigan, Virginia and Connecticut. Submitting the quote form is an information request only and does not obligate you to purchase anything; any coverage is subject to underwriting and policy terms. This website and its operators are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
